Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and The Front Room LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for using Lead Leak Check at leadleakscore.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What the Service does

Lead Leak Check scans a business's public website and public Google Business listing information to estimate where the business may be losing leads, and gives it a score.

• Free scan: a score and summary. An email address is required to see the full report.
• Fix Report ($9, one-time): a detailed, step-by-step report on how to fix the problems found.
• Leak Watch ($19/month): a subscription that re-scans the business weekly and sends you updates.
• "Want us to fix it?": an optional request for our done-for-you service, Booked Customer Engine, to contact you. Any work it does is covered by a separate agreement.

2. Scan results are estimates

Scores, lost-lead numbers, and dollar figures are estimates based on publicly available data and general assumptions. Some scans may use sample (demo) data. Results may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. We do not guarantee any result, ranking, number of leads, or amount of revenue. The Service is general information only and is not legal, financial, marketing, or SEO advice. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

3. Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You agree to give accurate information, including a valid email, and to keep any login or access links private. You're responsible for activity under your email or account.

4. Payments

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you buy. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Leak Watch renews automatically each month and is charged to your payment method until you cancel.
• We may change prices. For subscriptions, we'll give notice before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Refunds and cancellation

• Fix Report ($9): If you're not happy, email hello@leadleakscore.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Leak Watch ($19/month): Cancel anytime by using the cancel link in your emails or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not give partial or prorated refunds for unused time.

6. Acceptable use

You may scan only businesses you own or represent, or publicly accessible websites for legitimate purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any business or person.
• Overload, attack, probe, or disrupt the Service or any scanned site, or run automated bulk scans without our permission.
• Scrape, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Use the Service for anything illegal or to violate anyone's rights.

We may limit, suspend, or end access if you break these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design, scoring method, and report content. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service and the reports you receive for your own business purposes. You keep any rights you have in information you submit, and you let us use it to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on others, such as Stripe, Netlify, Google, and an email provider. We're not responsible for their services, data, or outages.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, LEADS, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breaking these Terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change or stop the Service. If we make important changes, we'll update the effective date and give notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

14. Other terms

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them with our business.
