Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The Front Room LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Lead Leak Check at leadleakscore.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Business details you enter to run a scan, such as a business name, website address, and city.
• Your email address, which is required to see the full report.
• Contact details for a "fix it" request, such as your name, phone number, email, and any message you include, if you choose to ask us to fix the problems found.
• Payment information when you buy the $9 Fix Report or subscribe to Leak Watch. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Information we gather about the business being scanned

• Publicly available content from the business's website (for example page text, contact forms, phone links, and load speed).
• Publicly available Google Business listing information, such as ratings, review counts, hours, and photos. Some scans currently use sample (demo) data; we plan to use the Google Places API.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit, collected by our hosting provider and through server logs.

2. How we use information

• To run scans and show you your score and report.
• To deliver reports you buy and run weekly re-scans for Leak Watch subscribers.
• To process payments, send receipts, and handle refunds.
• To email you your report, scan results, and updates about the Service. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To respond to "fix it" requests and other messages you send us.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only as described here:

• Stripe processes payments. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Netlify hosts the website and stores scan and account data (using Netlify Blobs). See netlify.com/privacy.
• Google provides public business listing data. When we look up a business, the search details are sent to Google. See policies.google.com/privacy.
• Our email provider (for example Resend or ActiveCampaign) sends reports, receipts, and updates.
• Booked Customer Engine, our done-for-you service, receives your contact details and scan results only if you submit a "want us to fix it?" request.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business changes. If our business is sold or merged, information may be transferred to the new owner under this policy.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies and similar storage needed to run the Service, such as remembering your report or checkout session. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout to process payments and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.

5. How long we keep information

• Scan results and email addresses: until you ask us to delete them, or about 24 months after your last activity.
• Payment and purchase records: as long as required for tax and accounting (usually up to 7 years).
• Fix-it requests: as long as needed to respond and serve you.
• Server logs: generally a short time, as set by our hosting provider.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and trusted providers for hosting and payments. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

• Access, correct, or delete. Email hello@leadleakscore.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it.
• Unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us. We may still send transaction emails like receipts.
• California and other state residents. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share; to request deletion or correction; and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email us. We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent.
• Business owners. If you own a business that was scanned and want its scan data removed, email us.

8. Children

The Service is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we do, we will change the effective date above and, for important changes, give notice on the site or by email.
